All financial or investment-related projects must comply with applicable government regulations, and proper verification documents must be submitted before project initiation or in any stage verification can be done.
2. User Responsibilities

If the project involves financial platforms such as gaming, softwares, earning websites, or investment-related websites, you must strictly comply with all applicable government laws and regulations, and must have copyright of your product, and also provide us with valid documentation verifying the authenticity and legality of your business before project initiation or any stage of project. If we find any suspicious or unlawful activity at any stage, GTI Digital reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the project, website, app, or related services without prior notice.
3. Payments
All payments for services must be made in full as per the agreed pricing or subscription plan.
Any delay in payments may result in a pause or cancellation of ongoing work or services.
4. No Refund Policy
Once services are initiated or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Additionally, if any project, platform, or service is found to be suspicious, unlawful, or in violation of applicable regulations, GTI Digital reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove the project or service without issuing any refund.
Please ensure you fully understand the scope of work and our policies before making a payment. We are committed to quality and will make reasonable efforts to deliver satisfactory outcomes based on mutual agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

6. Limitation of Liability
GTI Digital will not be liable for:

Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

8. Modifications to Terms

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
